Process

Audit. Build.
Measure.

No jargon, no fifteen-tab onboarding deck. We find the one thing worth fixing, I build it at a fixed price you agree up front, and then we check it actually saved you time. If it won't, I'll tell you before you spend a cent.

I build the one system that removes that work — fixed price, agreed before I start. You review and approve as it comes together.

3

Measure

We check the before and after. You see the hours and money it's actually saving — and I keep improving it if you want.

Why CloseCraft exists

A lot of good businesses
drown in busywork.

Owners end up doing the same admin over and over — retyping the same emails, chasing the same invoices, copying data between the same spreadsheets. Not because they want to, but because fixing it felt expensive or complicated. CloseCraft started from that gap.

I've built websites and custom software across trades, fashion, music and community publishing — including software that lets a newspaper run itself without calling a developer. The approach stays the same: understand the work properly, build the one thing that removes it, and measure what it actually saves. No padding, no lock-in.

FAQ

The usual
questions.

What I do, what it costs, and how the free audit works. If yours isn't here, a quick chat sorts it out.

What exactly do you do?

I help local businesses spend less time and money on admin. That usually means custom software or automation that handles a repetitive job for you — things like email triage and drafted replies, quoting, bookings, invoicing, data entry or reporting. I also build websites. The aim is always fewer things to deal with, not more.

What's the free audit?

A free 30-minute chat about how your business actually runs. I look for the biggest repetitive time-sink and whether it's worth automating. If I can help, I'll tell you exactly how and what it'd cost. If I can't genuinely save you time or money, I'll say so — no cost, no obligation either way.

How much does automation cost?

Most automation and custom-software projects start from A$1,500, at a fixed price agreed before I start — no hourly surprises. Bigger custom builds are quoted after the free audit, once I understand the work. The point is simple: it should save you more than it costs.

How much does a website cost?

A standard custom website is A$499 — clean, mobile-first, built to bring in enquiries, and yours to keep. Bigger sites (booking systems, online stores, editable admin) are quoted up front. No templates, no lock-in.

Isn't this just "adding AI" for the sake of it?

No — and that's the whole point. I'm not here to sell you five new apps to log into. AI does some of the heavy lifting behind the scenes, but what you're paying for is work removed from your plate and a measurable before-and-after. If it doesn't save real time or money, it's not worth building.

What about ongoing support?

Optional and month-to-month. Website care from A$50/month keeps a site hosted, updated and looked after. Systems care from A$200/month keeps automations running and improving over time. Cancel anytime — no lock-in.

Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?

I'm Melbourne-based, but the whole process runs remotely, so businesses anywhere are welcome. The free audit is a quick call or video chat.

What are the NFC Google review tags?

A small tap-to-review card for your counter. Customers tap it with their phone and go straight to your Google review page — no searching, no typing. One-time purchase (A$50 each, or 2 for A$80), set up linked to your business. A simple, cheap way to get more reviews and an easy first thing to do together.

what's slowing
you down.

Book a free 30-minute efficiency audit. Tell me how your business runs day-to-day and I'll tell you straight where you're losing time — and whether I can fix it. No cost, no obligation. (Websites and review tags too, if that's what you need.)
